1) New Program: BMW 5

The latest program is dedicated to BMW F-Series and E-Series* cars and can be used for the following purposes:

This procedure has been specifically designed for Renault Group vehicles.

It allows you to connect ITCARDIAG IM118 to the ECU and read the values that are necessary to calculate the ISK code for your ECU.

Continental VD56.1 (PSA Group)

Fully automatic procedure using ITCARDIAG IM118 Emulator!

This procedure has been specifically designed for PSA Group vehicles. It allows you to use Julie Emulator to:

Make IMMO OFF with ITCARDIAG IM118

Read ECU PIN code - for coding the keys or matching the ECU to the car

The procedure must be completed by connecting the ECU on the bench. You just need to connect the Emulator to the ECU according to the pinouts found in the instruction manual.

The Emulator will automatically determine the ECU's PIN CODE or replace immobiliser signal.

The procedure may take 3 to 90 hours. Procedure completion will be indicated by a blue LED on the Emulator.

Mercedes W176, W204, C207, W212, W246

Use ITCARDIAG IM118 to replace signal of a damaged ESL/ELV in Mercedes W176, W204, C207, W212 and W246!

A damaged to the Electronic Steering Lock (ESL/ELV) module is a common fault in Mercedes W176, W204, C207, W212 and W246 cars.

You can save time and money by replacing the original signal of the ESL/ELV using ITCARDIAG IM118 Emulator.

Additionally, the original car (donor) must meet the following requirements:

It has to be equipped with one of the following modules: EWS4 / CAS / FEM

The ISN in the ECU content needs to have 16 bytes

The ISN in the EGS content needs to have 16 bytes (optional - only if your project requires it)

Attention:

The procedure WILL NOT WORK if the recipient vehicle is equipped with EWS4 / CAS / FEM module!

Mercedes W169, W245 ESL/ELV Replacement

Use ITCARDIAG IM118 to replace signal of a damaged ESL/ELV in Mercedes W169 and W245.

A damaged to the Electronic Steering Lock (ESL/ELV) module is a common fault in Mercedes W169 and W245 cars.

Toyota Auris 2007-2012 | IMMO OFF

Make IMMO OFF with IM118 on a Toyota equipped with Denso Diesel ECU.

TCU Component Protection Removal

It allows to remove the Component Protection from the TCU (Transmission Control Unit) in VAG Group cars.

A typical use case for such function is replacing the TCU or replacing the gearbox from manual to automatic transmission. Usually, you would get a transmission error show up on the dashboard and the gearbox wouldn't switch the gears.

After installing the emulator, the error message will no longer show up and the gearbox will switch gears.

Toyota Auris 2006-2013 | IMMO OFF

Here's our latest solution for Toyota cars. You can now use ITCARDIAG IM118 Emulator to make IMMO OFF on Toyota Auris equipped with Bosch EDC17CP37 ECU.
